My experience with Zubin from Skymount is exactly the same as Dave B and many-many others who was unfortunate enough to buy a drone from this company. I was ahead of Dave though and initiated a CC dispute right away in October without wasting time (1 month after non-delivery). Zubin's promises of refund ended up being empty. I just got a call from my CC and they said that Skymount's response is nothing short of ridiculous and have no substance. They admit receiving money, they show fake invoice, but there is zero supporting documents that you received a drone or that it was even shipped. Ha-ha. Its laughable, I just sent screenshot messages of my conversation with Zubin, mentioning of a refund, apologies, etc. The guy is on a hook now. Very bad way of doing a business. Please stay away from these thieves. PS. In dispute documents, Zubin false-fabricates documents in a rush and sends it for dispute, but he forgets to change a date of attached invoice from Oct 29/2024, to the original date, which was month and a half earlier. Do not buy anything from these crooks, I will get my money back no problem, but doesn't worth the hassle. Update 31/12/2024 - I got my money back. My Visa reversed the payment so take that you Zubin scammer. EVERYONE, ONLY MAKE PAYMENTS VIA CREDIT CARD IF YOU HAVE TO. THIS WAY YOU CAN EASILY REVERSE THE PAYMENT. But the best course of action is stay clear of such shady companies.

I ordered a drone through Drone Shop Canada which is owned by Skymount, this is my experience: I've dealt with some shady companies in the past but these guys are the worst. Ordered an enterprise drone with accessories for just under $7,000. There was a 4-8 week eta at which point I asked for the status. They basically ignored my emails and when they finally got back to me gave no information and stated there are no refunds on ordered items. At 3 months I demanded a refund which they stated they would process which of course hasn't happened. We're approaching 4 months so I'll pursue a charge back through my cc, if that doesn't work I guess it's off to court. Should have read the reviews on this company before I dealt with them.
